* Recipes from the Health Class...

I have had many calls and emails for the recipes that were served at the Health Class.


Chicken/Turkey Balls:

3lbs. Ground Chicken & Turkey
1cup. Chopped Onion
1cup. Chopped Mushroom
1cup. Chopped Bell Pepper
1t. Taste of Earth Greens
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste ( I used 1TB. Red Curry Powder)

Make into balls and bake until done. 350%


Asparagus and Whole Baby Green Beans:

1 Bunch of Chopped Asparagus Spears and Green Beans
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil..,just enough to stir fry without sticking
I used a wok and I cooked this just enough to be heated through but still crunchy.

Toss Salad:

Spinach
Almonds
Pecans
Cherry Tomatoes
Olive Oil tossed over salad

Sweet Potatoes:

Cubed Sweet Potatoes
Spread evenly on cookie sheet and sprinkle with Cinnamon
Bake at 350% until tender ( you can serve this over your salad or as a side)

Blueberry Pie"

2 cups Sugar (stevia)
2 Eggs
1 cup Sour Cream
mix and pour into pie shell
pour 1 cup of berries into mixture
Top with: 4 Tbs. Flour, 4 Tbs. Sugar and 1 Stick Butter ( mix this together and crumble over top) Bake at 350% until brown

Juice:

1 cup Ice
1 cup Berries ( I used 1 cup Blueberries and 1 cup Strawberries)
1 Apple
3 Tbs. Taste of Earth Greens
Water enough to mix
Blend in a blender or Vita Mix
